Used a bounce house for our church 4th of July picnic at Kapiolani Park.
Very satisfied with the prices you can either do 4 or 8 hours and they come deliver and set it up. I forget if they added on a delivery fee because we were in town. Still pricing was very reasonable. They have a variety of sizes which is nice. This company has permits with most of the parks which us so convenient and don't have to worry about that. They also came on time to pick it up and break down everything. Recommend!

I've never wrote a review before but with my experience I just had to... Bounce Hawaii by far exceeded my expectations. I have rented tents and bounce houses from multiple places on the island, but bounce Hawaii surpassed everyone by far. Kelly is super nice, her customer service was outstanding. The prices were really good. The equipment that we rented (bounce house, tent, tables and chairs) were in excellent condition and spotless clean. We called last minute due to the fact that the original company we had reservations with called and canceled last minute. We were stressed out and did not know what to do, Kelly assured us that everything was going to be okay.
Not only was the customer service great, the equipment was perfect, and her team was on time, and fast setting everything up. They are a one stop shop for all your party needs. I am definitely going to rent from them again, and I would recommend to my family and friends and anybody that wants to indulge in the same awesome experience my family and I did.

I LOVE Bounce Hawaii. When we lived on Oahu we used them for multiple events and Kelly was fantastic to deal with and gave me plenty of options and suggestions to make our parties the best! They have so many wonderful options with great prices. Delivery, set-up and take downs were flawless and on time. I have recommended them to many of my friends since leaving the island and all have been completely satisfied. I recommend them without hesitation!

By far the best place i ever rented bouncers from. Customer Service is always so awesome, services upon delivery and pick up is always so awesome also. Never failed me. Price is reasonable and love thier varieties of bouncers and services. The shave ice machine is also a must during summer time if your throwing a party.

I've worked with Bounce Hawaii for two of my daughter's birthday parties and they are so professional and easy to work with. Everything is very straightforward and reasonable. They are super efficient in set up and breakdown. All the workers are super nice and get things done quickly. I would highly recommend their services for any party large or small. My daughter was so happy with the bouncers we had at both parties and the kids never want to get out. They have so much available from tents to popcorn machines to large slides. They can add the extra fun to any event.

I came across Kelly and her business when another vendor accidentally overbooked me for the day I had planned for my daughter's birthday party. It turned out to be a total blessing. I had intended to just book the tent package, but when I had another unfortunate encounter with another vendor, I ended up booking the bouncy house as well. This place is a total one stop shop for events, with great deals. Kelly is very friendly and professional and her staff is as well. They are punctual, polite, and accommodating. The bouncy house was cleaned upon set up and was also cleaned before breakdown, and as a mom, I can truly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this business and plan on using them again when it's time for the next party.

We've been renting with Bounce Hawaii for 10+ years and that goes to show how we really love their service. Kelly is so friendly and will always be of help no matter how last minute I call her to say that I need a bounce house that following weekend. I am so happy I found these guy! Kelly and her staff are absolutely wonderful. As a first time parent planning a first birthday I was unbelievably stressed and Bounce Hawaii and Superior Tents helped me get what I needed effortlessly. The braddahs that came to set up were great. They were easy going and very professional. They took the time to make sure we knew how to operate the cotton candy machine, which I thought was really nice. They even accommodate us with an earlier pick up time which I really appreciated. We ordered their tent package that included a bounce house that fit our theme and let me tell you the price for everything is unbeatable. Bounce Hawaii and Superior Tents will definitely be our go to for all of our future events, we highly recommend these guys!

AMAZING! excellent customer service & great price. they even set up earlier & broke down later than expected, leaving the kids with a lot more bounce time than we anticipated. not only that but they were sooooo sweet.

I just rented a whole package from them. They came early and set-up everything. They really care about everything being clean.They even set-up the table and chairs where another company was going to charge me.

They are located in Waianae and they accommodated us on coming and setting up for us all the way in Laie / Kahuku area! They were there in the times I wanted and they also closed in the time we needed to be out of our venue. Kelly got back to me in a timely manner , within 24 hours and on a short notice. I highly recommend them and they clean/stay/disinfect the bounce house before letting you come inside which I have never seen other companies do before.

I have used Bounc Hawaii and Superior tents MULTIPLE times. And each and every time my experience has been effortless with them. I usually go online to find which bouncer I want. Call them to see if it available for that date. And each time the person I talk to is patient, nice, and helpful! They have GREAT bundLe packages that you could do. Delivery, set up, break down are all covered with the company!! I am 110% positive I will continue to use them time and time again! Keep up the great work guys!

The man and boy who delivered the jumper where both very respectful and professional. Showed up in uniform and asked where we wanted the jumper. Set it up fairly quick had us check it out before they left. They even warned me about the other company's filthy jumper!!! While they were gone the other company
ALAKAI PARTY RENTALS bounce house collapsed with kids inside and they sent out a guy to fix the generator. He couldn't find out what was wrong and was suggesting he use a generator from your bounce house which we told him no. They packed up and left. When your guys came they cleaned the bounce house inside and out before they left. Very profession and respectful. I really appreciate you guys.

We had a great experience with the crew from Bounce Hawaii. The delivery team arrived on time and set everything up the way we requested. The pick up was the same way, their professional team arrived on time, removed all the equipment we rented and provided me with a receipt prior to departing. Everything went as planned and our birthday party was a success! Thank you.

Kelly maintained good communication and was very pleasant to work with. The bounce house rental was presentable and clean. I actually called a few companies before hiring BounceHi, they had the most affordable indoor rentals. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

If you have a small backyard but want to rent out a bouncing castle for your kids, try the "indoor" bounce house (10x10) which is perfect for small spaces and the young ones ($115 for 4 hours +delivery to Ewa Beach) we was lucky enough to have it for longer than 4 hours, so more hours of fun for the kiddies! I loved how fast and professional the set up was, will definitely use this company for any of my party needs.

I've used Bounce Hawaii twice now, for rental of a bounce house, tables, and chairs. Both times they were extremely reliable, friendly, honest and helpful! Kelly helped me decide over the phone what items to get depending on the party I was throwing, and she always returns phone calls in a very timely manner. The last party I threw I was not sure if the space I had was large enough to fit the obstacle course bouncer we had requested, so she offered to have her boys come to our home and measure it, and then had them deliver it the day before the even just incase. They went above and beyond to do whatever they could to help us out, and they even made room for our event last minute! I can't say enough good things about them, they have the upmost integrity and I recommend them to everyone!!

Even though I had one of the spots they charge extra for to deliver to, they were still very friendly. I offered them drinks and food but they didn't want. Fast and great work setting up and taking down. Thoroughly cleaned the bouncer and wanted me to check it. Even Kelly who helped setup my reservation was very friendly and helpful with all my questions, it had been a while since I got a bouncer and things had changed. One of the more reasonable priced places, I've gone through them before and will continue to go through them when I need a bouncer and would definitely refer friends and family to them.

Made my son's Minecraft birthday party a hit!!! We rented a bouncer with basketball hoops and a cotton candy machine. The cotton candy machine was a HUGE hit!! They delivered on time and picked up on time. Great company. Will definitely use again!!!

Where to start? Bounce Hawaii is an amazing company! We rented tables, chairs, a tent, a cotton candy machine AND a bounce house from this company for my daughters birthday and I couldn't have expected more. They dropped everything off and set everything up exactly where I wanted. The cotton candy machine was the kids favorite (it was a candy land theme) and the gum ball machine shaped bounce house was the coolest thing ever! The kids felt like they were in a candy machine The workers are hard workers and very professional. I would highly recommend this company to others! Thankyou Bounce Hawaii for making my daughters party a bounce of a time!

Rented a 15 X 15 Happy Birthday bouncer for my sons bday and the kids loved it!! Will do business again !!

Kelly was fabulous! Everything went smoothly she called a few days before my event to confirm everything. Had my daughters first birthday this past weekend in Waimanalo and we got the tent tables and chair package!

I researched all the different companies on island and made a spreadsheet comparing prices and options- bounce hawaii ended up being the best price for what I was looking for. Our venue only allowed 4 hours for our event, so the fact that they had 4 and 8 hour rentals was convenient. I just wanted a 15x15 bouncer and a cotton candy machine. They had a package deal where I was able to get a bubble machine for free.
Everything was a huge hit for my daughters carnival themed first birthday! They arrived early, set up on time and we're back to clean up when the party ended. I was going crazy trying to set up and coordinate everything and I realized I didn't have the money ready because my purse was with my husband. Luckily the man was very patient and never made my stress worse and I am so appreciative of that!
Overall, it was very clean and I was happy with their service. I would have no problem going with them again for another event.

We rented a tent, tables, and chairs from Bounce Hawaii & Superior Tents a couple weeks ago for my son's birthtday party. We were so glad we did because it stormed here in Manoa and the tent protected our guests from the rain!

Kelly at Bounce Hawaii was very quick to respond to my inquiry and set me up with my needed supplies easily and professionally.

The tent arrived on time and was set up by a very friendly gentlemen who patiently let my son pester him with questions while he set up everything. The next day he can and took everything away quickly and quietly. It was great!!

I just used them for my sons 10th birthday. I have used them since my son's 1st birthday. I have friends that have used other companies with dirty bouncers and tables. Bounce Hawaii tables are always clean and bouncers don't smell. They have tent tables and chair packages for $205 which is what i use most often. All I can say is I LOVE their service. Let them take the load off and just show up with the food and drinks.

I've been using Bounce Hawaii for all my party needs. The first time I used them was 10 years ago when my son turned one. Now he's 10. We just celebrated his 10th birthday and we called Bounce Hawaii for tent, tables and chairs. The guys arrived on time to set up the tent. Very professional ! I've been with the company for over 12 years, & it's been nothing but good service with great prices. I'm one to search around, but it's comforting knowing that every party, this is the one aspect I do not need to "shop around" for. "Woohoo! As good as it gets?" I think YES!

The castle bounce house for my daughter's disney princess themed 1st was a hit with the kids. Kelly was very professional. The setup and break down was so quick! I would definitely recommend them.

i am a major procrastinator and about a week or so before my son's birthday party i decided to rent a bounce house. been asking for suggestions from my friends and looking at reviews for multiple companies when a friend of mine suggested bounce hawaii. she had claimed that she rented from them on 2 separate occasions and never had a problem. she was right! not only were they able to accommodate me on such a short notice they were also very helpful as well. plus their prices were affordable! any questions i had were answered. their bounce house was very clean and my son's party enjoyed it very much as well. i will sure be doing business with them again!

Excellent company for your bounce house needs!!! Communication was a breeze and speedy. They called to confirm a couple days beforehand and showed up at the specified time to set up. Very courteous and picked up the bounce house at the predetermined time. No surprises. The bounce house was very clean and the children had the best time! Would totally recommend. I had such a wonderful experience in Oahu with my friends and family. We decided to have a beach party. I asked a few of my friends who they rented tents and bouncy houses from and they told me to contact Kelly from Bounce Hawaii and Superior Tents. I am so glad I did!! Kelly and her staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. The tents, chairs, and bouncy house were extremely clean. Set up of all these things seemed simple for them. You can tell they have done this many times before! I also had a problem with a generator and I called Kelly and she was there immediately to fix the problem. I was amazed that the owner would be there Sunday morning to help me, Wow!!
All my rambling I forgot to mention my friends and family had such an amazing day that will be remembered for a long time!!!
